ABOUT DÉCOR BY POOJA

I am Pooja Baluni, a Delhi-based interior designer with over 20 years of experience.

My professional journey began in the commercial sector, where I worked closely with clients including Lenco, Emaar Mgf, ATS and TCS, understanding their requirements and placing bids for their large-scale modular furniture projects. This experience gave me a strong foundation in understanding client requirements, planning, product specifications, commercial projects and execution.

Over the years, my work gradually moved towards residential interiors, where I found a deeper connection with people and the way they live. I enjoy understanding what makes each family different—their personality, taste, lifestyle and the feeling they want their home to have.

Perhaps this personal connection also comes from my own background. With my roots in the hills and my professional journey shaped in Delhi, I have always valued the warmth and sense of belonging that make a place truly feel like home. This is something I naturally bring into the way I approach my work and my clients.

Our Design Philosophy

I believe every home is unique. It should reflect the personality, taste and lifestyle of the people living there.  My role is to understand how you live and what you want from your home, and bring it together into a space that is beautiful, comfortable and practical.

A professional team

A personal Approach

For me, every project is personal. I stay closely involved from the initial discussion through the design and execution, working with my team to bring the vision together. I believe in thoughtful planning, attention to detail and close coordination throughout the project, so that the final space reflects the vision we created together.

Founding principle

True luxury is equal parts structural precision and personal warmth.
